Stop by beginning at 5 p.m. Saturday June 22nd at at Robinwood Station
for the Community Center’s second anniversary celebration, featuring three bands. JUNE 22 CONCERTS POSTER The event is held at the Robinwood Station, located at
3706 Cedaroak Drive in West Linn. From 5 to 6 p.m., Mariano DeOrgebeso and Toshi Ozanaki are playing Latin versions of pop songs and also traditional Peruvian and Brazillian songs.
Joe McMurrian will take the stage from 6 to 7 p.m., Joe is one of
the finest Delta blues and Americana player in Portland, will do an hour set.
And, from 7 to 9 p.m. the Kung Pao Chickens
are playing their hot swing from the 20’s and 30’s. Dancing is encouraged. They are made up of Jon Neufield (Black Prairie who were on Jay Leno last month) and Tracy Kim (Adam Zweig) on guitars, Tim Acott on upright bass, and Gary Gunther who plays clarinet, sax, flute and sings.
Pizza will be served during the event. The event is part of the Bobbin Robbin Club. Admission is free, but suggested donations are $5 per person or $10 dollars per family. Email Jack Norby at FORSFEED@gmail.com
