This month’s Writers Connection is  Thursday April 19 from 7 to 8:15 p.m. (or so) in the East Atrium at Rolling Hills Community Church, located at 3550 SW Borland Road in Tualatin.

During this meeting, we will glean inspiration from well-known literature excerpts, learn of upcoming writing conferences, share success stories, hear feedback on work, gain wisdom from others who have walked a similar path and soak up some much needed fellowship. I have called this group Writers Connection because that is my heart — to connect and network people! I love seeing people come to this group and meet others whom they later network with.

Writers Connection is open to all writers of all genres, levels, and backgrounds. We have been meeting for over five years now and many writers have published books while part of this group! Others have gone from not writing to starting a blog. Still others have gone from not getting paid a dime for their writing to writing for national publications. And, there are others who come to Writers Connection who are not really writers but they appreciate good literature and some of the guest speakers we have brought in as well as the fellowship! No one is required to read a word but they are more than welcome to share on this evening. (We have been known to go out afterwards as well!)

Do you get the feeling you are welcome to attend? We welcome new attendees!
